The program is a cooperative marketing and informational services that generates customer/qualifying leads throughout the United States. Here is how our Affiliate Program works: Interested area Attorneys, Consultants and Real estate specialists and Investors complete our Affiliate Membership Application Form and select exclusive* Zip Code(s). Once the application is approved and Affiliate signs to observe our protocols, all customers and procured leads from the chosen Zip Code(s) are referred to the Affiliate. The Affiliate reviews the leads, contact or meets with the customer, decides to provide or not provide services, set the terms of service, provide the services and collect his/her fees or charges directly from the customer. We do not charge the customer/prospective lead. The Affiliate pays us —percent of whatever fee or profit made on the customer/lead. If Affiliate did not provide service or is not paid by the customer, we get nothing; the Affiliate pays nothing to us.    There is no long term contract. Affiliate can cancel at ANY TIME!!

*One time set up fee is $50 for all Affiliates. Exclusivity set up fee is $10.per Zip code. Affiliate may select up to 3 Zip codes within his/her State or jurisdiction. Affiliate with exclusivity on any Zip code first  gets up to a maximum of 10leads per month. After that, all leads from the Zip code(s) is distributed to Affiliate within the jurisdiction on pro rata basis.
